General Process
01 Initial Consultation & Onboarding
Every project begins with a thoughtful conversation about your vision, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we establish the scope of work, anticipated budget, and desired timeline, created a clear foundation for the design process.
02 Design Development & Visualization
We translate your vision into a cohesive design through mood boards, curated finish selections, and detailed 3D visualizations. Each element is thoughtfully considered, allowing you to explore and refine your space before construction begins.
03 Design Package & Delivery
Once the design is approved and revisions are complete, we prepare a comprehensive design package. This includes detailed floor plans, interior elevations, cabinetry drawings, and realistic 3D renderings to communicate the design clearly to you and your contractor.
04 Permitting & Construction
Dogwood Interiors remains actively involved throughout permitting and construction, coordinating design revisions as needed to address permitting requirements. We serve as an ongoing resource for your contractor, answering questions and clarifying design details. Regular site visits allow us to review progress, support the project schedule, and help ensure the work reflects the approved design.
05 Install & Styling
As construction concludes, we review finishes, textures, and key details against the approved design package. We then coordinate installation and thoughtfully arrange furniture, artwork, and accessories to complete your space. A final walk-through celebrates the finished design and welcomes you into your new surroundings.
